Macro Break down of food

i saw a really good link for providing the macro's of food in another post a while ago, but i cant seem to find it anymore.

the site would let you pick a certain food and then tell you everything about it.

if someone has it can they post a lik for me.

Fitday.com, it also has a handy journal type feature where you plug in what you ate for the day and it breaks it all down for you. This was years ago so by now its probably crazy advanced. I remember it used to give you a pie chart of your macro's for the day.
