Hey whats everyone,

I have been working out for about 1 yr now...i stopped in between for about 1 month....i have started hitting my new workout routine hard for about 4 months now. now when i first start my arms measured 13" unflexed and 14" flexed. (yeah small)..Now im at my 4th month and measuring 14.5" unflexed and 15" flexed..i asked a trainer why i wasnt getting as big as my friends he told me it was my diet. I was eating to much protein not enough carbs...which is true i sort of did a atkins diet. I really didnt notice my arms until i measured them but did notice strength. I started at 135lbs and now benching 315lbs (1-2 times). I have changed my diet into having some carbs and eating a lot of protein as well. I am also taking now protein shakes and creatine with glutamine.

My question is this. I am not noticing anymore changes on my body, i think i hit my platoe. Now the question is this...my friend wants to give me product called MAG-10 (liquid) by Biotest. Now i have read a lot of mixed reviews good and bad like all products i have read. What i want to know is should i take this product (MAG-10) or not? Is there any sideffects that i should know of? and is it effect?

Thank you :thumb:

how old are u i would say just stick with a strict clean diet have a cheat day here and there dont drink alot and lift hard it will come its not over night u get like ur friends.....just keep it clean pro glu and crea are good wat about ur vitamin e amino acids and multi vit add them and drink water

In one year you have taken only that one month off? I like to take a full week off every 3 months or so.

Have you changed your routine at all?

Have you tried increasing calories? If you are not gaining weight it will be difficult to get your arms to grow.

1 year working out and your talking about plateau. Are you for real. Man, clean up your diet and rotate your workouts.

yeah we have change the routine recently..i dont workout a lone..i workout with some buddies. we did power lifting for 3 months and now we have move down to more reps and less weight. I have increased my calories i mean i dont count them. but now im taking N-Large which has 1000 calories in one shake. i take that in the morning and then whey protein shake with les carbs and calories at night. wow this is hard to grow natural. so i shouldnt take the MAG-10 huh?
