HI EVERYONE, this book is bloody hot isn't it?.....i have a %$**% hot body now thanks to toms book. i have a question though.......... i ADORE exercise and i LOVE food and CHERISH extra virgin olive oil. anyway i want to continue doing 45 mins of intense cardio every morning with 15 mins of resistance training ..it makes me feel great... but i dont want to continue losing weight/fat and would like to have as much extra virgin olive oil as i can have without gaining fat/weight. but i dont know how many calories/fat grams i need to consume to maintain my weight while doing this intense exercise. i am currently 23yrs old, 5' 8", 55kg, extremely toned with excellent muscle definition. i would be grateful for any advice you might have.
