The last few nights I have been going to the gym I hit my one hitter a couple times before and then had some of the best/craziest workouts. A cup of coffee and my one hitter are the best pre-workout combo I've had in a long time. I swear after I chief a little bit, I get in the zone and nothing can stop me. The sound of my adrenaline stimulating music pumps me the fuck up. The kush gives me the most intense focus and drive. I posted this in the supplement section purposely because I believe it is an amazing supplement for bodybuilders. Anyone else have great workouts or experiences when chiefing a little bit before your workout?

I heard if you mix Jack3d with a monster and a 5-hour energy then dust a rail off your steering wheel before you walk into the gym you get insane pumps too.

Haven't smoked weed for 6 months or so, but years ago I used to do the exact same thing. Really put me in the zone. Applied to most sports, though I found that with sports it was best to wait for a little bit 'til the adrenaline starts pumping. For example, when skiing we'd take a couple runs before lighting up a doob. Mountain biking, same concept. (Obviously tougher for team sports/organized competition than for individual recreational sports.) In fact, I think it goes beyond athletics. When I was in law school it helped me focus for studying for exams. My theory is that, you may not be able to think as well, but your brain can take those slightly impaired thoughts and direct them all to one activity resulting in a net gain in focus that you'd get otherwise.

I've been meaning to try it out again for working out now that I'm more organized and track my progress, to compare bud/non-bud workouts.
 
Chronic smoker here. Before workout, on the way from the gym. At work, etc. I have a prescription for it. I love weed.

With that being said.

I think it has many positives and negatives though. If you are cycling and burning at the same time, be careful of your BP and HR.

But I personally wouldn't know what it would be like to work out not being stoned.

I save mine for after the workout... Helps me relax and get my sleep on...

Before just makes me lazy and not as motivated...

I have heard that different people react different to the Jane. Some get energy and are able to do more like clean the house or workout out...

I am not one of those people :-(

Now working out with a fat alcohol buzz... Not that I do it all the time, but at partys when guys have weights in the garage I like to show off and lift like a beast. The most amazing pumps and vascularity I ever get is from a buzzed lift...

My veins just exploid out of my skin and the pump stays with me all night just from doing a couple bench sets...

This is the time of course when I go hit on all the fine women!...

Yeah bro, if you pack the hitter tight and have nice, dense weed, it takes more than one hit to kill it. And anyways, who said you couldnt pack it more than once?:winkfinger:
