The last few nights I have been going to the gym I hit my one hitter a couple times before and then had some of the best/craziest workouts. A cup of coffee and my one hitter are the best pre-workout combo I've had in a long time. I swear after I chief a little bit, I get in the zone and nothing can stop me. The sound of my adrenaline stimulating music pumps me the fuck up. The kush gives me the most intense focus and drive. I posted this in the supplement section purposely because I believe it is an amazing supplement for bodybuilders. Anyone else have great workouts or experiences when chiefing a little bit before your workout?
