I want to start putting on some MASS, over the past 4 months I have been training hard and eating good amounts of protein but I don???t think I have been eating enough calories to put on mass. I have been dieting over the last 5 months and have come down from 16 stones to 14 stones. I feel a lot thinner but I still have a little bit of a belly. My body fat percentage is about 26.5 %. I am now concerned that if I start upping my calories my belly will get bigger even if I keep the saturated fat low and eat every three hours. I have upped my calories and my protein to 350/2600 and I am noticing the difference in the energy I have at the gym, but will my belly get bigger and will chin number two come back?

If you are that high in bodyfat I would recommend greatly against bulking.

Of your 350 protein grams how much is from real food? I would suggest chicken/fish over beef.

maybe my machine is broken, as I am not fat! about 80 grams from shakes

If this is a bioelectrical impedance machine its probably NOT worth reading other than to see if it goes up or down, which it will do depending on hydration.

Mine says I am 28-31% bodyfat most of the time, rarely will it differ but its been up into the 40s before which is entirely innacurate.

dunk tank

dunk tank sound like fun!

I bought some Callipers today and my body fat is about 19% I think

well y diet now is high protein (350) and about 2600 cal and all my food is low fat surely this will make me put on muscle and lose fat?

when I say mass I mean upping my cals
