max-ot question

So as far as I can tell, the split for the max-ot program looks like this.

Legs
Biceps/Triceps/Abs
Shoulders/Traps
Back
Chest
Off
Off

My question is, wouldn't training triceps the day before shoulders not be good? Also the same for training back the day before chest, since shoulders are used both in back and chest?

That workout is crap..I train 3 days a week
1. monday. chest and triceps
2. wednesday. latts, low back and biceps, and hamstrings
3. friday. deltoids and traps, plus quads ( only 3 sets of quads)
 
The wo's change every week or two. Plus look under the "more workouts" section. There are many ways to do Max OT

Example:

Split your days off , if you want. Nothing set in stone . Just apply the principles​

Bump Bro , people do not read between the lines before they ask a question . We all make these mistakes . This program works if you work the program right . One can't say it sucks unless they have gone through the hole program themselves . Upon saying that this program is only for some people .
