max OT

Morning brother. Ill tell ya what, I had complete stalls, and i mean COMPLETE stalls in my strength gains in every exercise, all body parts. A guy I knew was doing Max OT and loved it so I have it a shot. Bro, it works. I got significantly stronger. Max OT also gives you a crazy diet plan to follow (as far as macros go) but i didnt follow that shit. However, i followed the workout plan to a T. If you are going to do it then do the workouts EXACTLY as they have outlined them. It will be tempting to change a few things to suit your taste but resist the temptation to do that and I promise you that you will be happy with the results.

I've used it and for me it is really tough on the joints and going balls out in the 4-6 rep range 5 days a week really compromises my recovery. But that is just me. Give it a try and see if it works for you.

I agree that it can wear you down. 4-6 reps every workout is tough, however, if you are able to stick with it you will see great results. Make sure you stretch out good and shit and get warmed up and get the blood flowing before you start pressing heavy. Good luck.
 
there is a 3 day split that is also on the max OT pdf rather than the 5 day:

id do this one not the 5 day, i cant commit to 5 days in the gym
 
I did the 5 day as well as worked two labor intensive jobs, one in the morning and one at night. You can do it.
 
But if you cant, 3 day should be good, too.
 
no unfortunately i probably cant, i work shift work, so sometimes im not awake when the gym is open etc

Yeah man I was natural and saw good strength gains.

good size gains as well?

I wish i could tell you that i had great size gains while actually ON Max OT, but I didn't. That being said, when i switched back to a "normal" workout with reps in the 8-12 range i was able to do more weight which put more size on me. Try it out bro you wont regret it.
