anyone had any success with a max OT workout?
I've used it and for me it is really tough on the joints and going balls out in the 4-6 rep range 5 days a week really compromises my recovery. But that is just me. Give it a try and see if it works for you.
no unfortunately i probably cant, i work shift work, so sometimes im not awake when the gym is open etc
maninblack, were you natural whilst using this routine?
I agree that it can wear you down. 4-6 reps every workout is tough, however, if you are able to stick with it you will see great results. Make sure you stretch out good and shit and get warmed up and get the blood flowing before you start pressing heavy. Good luck.
