I think I have decided to go with a military style workout to start. I have about 60lbs to lose and think the extra cardio will help more right now.
Mainly lots of cardio, Pushups for 3 minutes as many as possible, crunches both upper and reverse for lower and then back again 3 minutes as much as possible. Squats as much as possible in 3 minutes. Watch the diet etc....
I was in the marine corp for 4 years from 18 to 23 and I remember most of basic training. More concered about a combo of strength and endurance. All I know is I felt invincible doing that everday as opposed to now like a fat slob, out of shape and out of breath doing nothing. What is your thoughts? I am not trying to build major muscle just get back in shape and look and feel better..... Thanks you guys are awesome.
I forgot to mention laying off the diet soda's that going to be hard.LOL usually go thru about 3 2liters a day. Only Water and some diet green tea.
