I completely agree. I am following a log of M1,4ADD and the guy has raised his dose to 320mg! 320mg of a methylated substance. I'm sticking to 90mg ED.
 
THat's unbleivable. I hope he is getti'n bloodwork done.
 
Are you getting blood work done, Luke? Your M1T and MD cycles were not that far apart. :finger:
 
6 weeks. I"m done for a good 2-3 months I think. I'm about to move into a new apt. and need to find a grocerie store to nail down my diet :)
