Very very impressive, bro. 325 for 5 is a great # for SLDL. Keep up the hard work. The deconditioning is definitely tough, let me tell you. I remember wanting to workout so damn bad!Thanks Mike, but I will be shooting for 325 x 5 on the last workout. I'm enjoying HST a lot. I think I will even keep my exercises the same after I go through a week of deconditioning.
