Mediterranean Turkey

1/2 cup nonfat plain yogurt
2 teaspoons dried parsley
2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 pounds (32 ounces) turkey breast tenderloins

Mix all ingredients except turkey in a shallow glass dish. Add turkey, turn once to coat. Marinate in refrigerator for 3-4 hours, turning frequently. Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray.

Heat grill or coals to medium heat. Grill turkey 5 inches from medium-low heat for 12-15 minutes, brushing with marinade frequently. Turn turkey over, continue basting and grill another 12-15 minutes or until juices run clear and turkey is no longer pink. Let turkey stand 8-10 minutes before slicing. Discard any unused marinade.
