hello i have been working out for about a year and 1/2. but my main goal was to not be fat. i was 370 lbs at 6'2'' now i am 225 lbs. my goals have changed i am now looking to get stronger. my bench is only 245. i was working out 6 days a week hitting everything 2x. also i hitting each muscle with about 5 exercises. i do take protein shakes now 2x a day. i was told i need to cut back my workouts. any suggestions would be great. i eat a good diet lots of lean protein and fiber veggies fruits and whole grains. problem need to up my fat intake however. cutting out fat and sugar is how i lost my weight.
