I eat a can of tuna or salmon almost every day. I've been reading about the "dangers" of doing this due to the levels of mercury in the fish. All the bad stuff seems to be related to pregnant women. Being a 25 year old male, do I have anything to worry about?

No. Most of the time these are trace amounts.

That's enough to harm a pregnant woman (more specifically just the fetus) but for a 25 year old male there's no problem.

hark, swordfish, king mackerel and tilefish are the worst....others contain less.

Your more likely to get run over by some drunk old woman driving an SUV, or clonking your head on the sidewalk like Mr. Atkins.

IMO it falls under the category of "added worry we don't f#@$% need". :)

You also have to be aware that there's two "types" of mercury, a methyl- and ethyl- variety. One is "dangerous" the other much less so. Of course I cant remember which is which lol.
