I posted a thread about it a few months ago, most of the feedback I got was that it was just another hyped up creatine transport system with alot of money for advertising. Although I could never fing out what exactly was in their propriety blend. Even the research they post doesn't look that appealing something like 85% absorption vice 70% whatever, not for twice the price. Hook me up if you find out anything though.

meta cell is a low glycemic creatine delivery system that uses sodium to drive water and creatine into the muscle cell rather than sugar. The idea being that many people take in enough carbs during the day so you dont have to take them with your creatine. i have to say i was a non believer until i tried it...and it worked.
