I've been lifting for quite a few years when I first started in High school I only weighed 125 LBS. I took a year off after I got out of the Army BIG MISTAKE (started getting soft in the middle). So I started hitting the weights HARD again. Today I'm 5'11" 40 years old and weigh 210 LBS. This will not be my first stack over the time that I've been lifting. Im looking forword to the results. As soon as this product arrives and I start the cycle I will start the journal.
