Methyl-D question

I've just started using my Methyl-D from Designer 2 days ago. My work and school schedule has just changed and now my gym time is affected.
I will only be able to work out friday evenings, sat morning, and sun morning. The best I can do during the week is possibly some running in the morning with push-ups, situps, etc. That's if I can squeeze in some sleep the night before.
Due to the time it takes me to get to work, school, and the gym, I honestly don't have any other time during the week. Trust me I've tried.

I'm about 6 ft, 211lb's @about 20%bf, 32 yr male. 5 years ago I was in competition shape, but a job change and laziness (pretty much stopped working out) helped me get to where I have lost that level of conditioning. Just to help get a better idea of where I'm coming from, I can still use 300lb as the top part of my bench pyramid. I used to use Pro-hormones almost since they started to come out. I am now very careful of what I eat, am fully prepared for PCT etc.

My question is, am I going to get any real benefits from the Methl-D with this program since I only have 3 days a week to put a strong effort into it? Or is it wiser to put the Methyl-D on the shelf and wait 6+ months till my schedule calms down? If it even does.

I hope this isn't too much information, but when I'm asked questions, I like to have as much background as possible.
I appreciate your responses.
 
If you divide your routine into 3 parts and work them hard and heavy over the weekend, your dose of MD is high enough, you do other types of training during the week, and get your diet right, you could make a great cutting cycle out of it. MD is a better cutting agent than bulking agent anyway. A reasonable dose would be 8-12 grams a day for 4 weeks. I say you might as well do the cycle now if it will be half a year until you can get a more extensive workout program. You might not add mass, but you should become leaner, more vascular, and see minor strength gains and muscle hardness. Best of luck.
