A criminal is a criminal, I suppose he should have some ramifications rather than just returning to NFL like that. I mean if he was jailed for two years it's pretty serious, don't they have laws for this? Athletes who dope are banned from competitive running under the board it was banned from, there should be something similar in the NFL.
Every Black kid in Minor football idolized this guy. They all wanted the number 7 jersey.

Here I am, living in the Philly area, a big dog lover, and have to hear about Vick in the press every day!
I agree with the consensus opinion here. If he was capable of drowning, electrocuting, and hanging dogs, 19 months isn't going to do shit. He is remorseful about losing his career.
One thing I have always been unclear on though. Some accounts say he 'witnessed' and stood by and watched these heinous acts and did nothing to stop it, others say he was the executioneer. Which is it, or does anyone really know?

don't know, but it was his property and if he stood there and watched that is just as bad in my opinion.
