Thanks for the info. I just jumped on whey cause I always thought the same thing about protein.....overrated.LAM said:it could help. there are not many constants in this sport. you don't need as much protein as most people think to synthesize new muscle tissue. as long as the body has a positive nitrogen balance you are getting enough protein but there are many other factors that ultimately determine wether or not new muscle tissue is formed
