How do you guys feel about drinking a combination of 1 cup milk, 1 Cup oatmeal and 1 scoop of Whey 2-3 times a day to get the calories up and gain mass? I want my mass diet to be simple and easy to follow so I would eat 3 solid meals meaning, chicken, beaf, fish, potatoes, rice etc. and then drink 2 of these shakes or maybe even 3 depending on how many calories I need. I once saw some guys diet where he said he got 1000-1500 calories per day just from oatmeal. 1 cup of oats has like 400 calories and its dirt cheap. Is this a a good way to go about it?
