Is 1% milk or skim milk better? I read in the stickies where you need some fat but I was worried about the cholesterol because I do drink alot of milk. Thanks

I get skim because I eat a lot of healthy fats....but I hate the way it taste.

Test is made from cholesterol so dont stress it. If u take in allot of saturated fat just make sure u take in good amounts of omega 3 fat aswell.
