Ok i have a friend, hes from Iran. He eats anything, everything, and nothing, as in, he doesnt eat 6 meals a day, he doesnt care how fattening somethign is, or when hes eating it. Thign is, he quit lifting for 3-6 months but did not gain any fat, he obviously isnt as cut as he is but hes not chubby at all. When he used to lift, he would eat anything after workout (as a postworkout shake, not meal) he would go to in-n-out , and maybe get a double double or a milkshake over there. Ok, well my question is.. How can he be so cut even if he eats junk all the time? If it is because he doesnt eat enough calories for it, then how does he gain muscle?
