Here's the problem, I get bored very easily by doing cardio, and usually just can't hang more than 20 minutes in each machine. Is it alright if I mix my Cardio training at the same day, like let's say do running for 10 minutes, than IMMEDIATELY head for cycling (another 10 minutes). Is that a healthy thing to perform?

I had the same problem, 40 mins of stepper.....makes me go nuts. I dont know if it s right or wrong, but I also mixed cardio, 20min stairmaster (stepper?) 15 min treadmill, again stairmaster and then evtl bike....
That isn t so boring, also what helped me is to find someone chatty heading for 40 mins also and then 40 mins seem a bit faster

I dont see any problem with that at all. I personally cant spend more than 20-25 minutes on one machine. So i will swap machines after that time limit. An example of my cardio workout:

10 minute warmup on bike.
25 minutes on treadmill
25 minutes on stair climber.

I dont ever do the same thing twice in a row. So the next cardio day i will do the warm up and then hit the eliptical machine, then the stair stepper. I like variety when it comes to cardio.

You get what you put in.

That's ok just make sure that you spend as little time as possible going from one machine to another so your heart rate doesn't slow down!

One thing I do for cardio is listen to a walk man. If you get into the music, you'll be surprised on how fast the time will go.

If you build it they will come

Yes its fine, and like Large, good loud music always helps it go by faster for me.
