Mixing HCG

I am mixing 5ml and 10ml vials of HCG. I add exactly how much bac water I need and somehow I always come up short a ml or two ml in a 10ml vial. I don't understand why this is happening. Can the biscuit of HCG be absorbing some of the bac water making my 10ml turn into less?

Probably due to leftovers in a vial that are rather hard to drawn out. Although I remember someone mentioning that his peptide evaporated overnight.

I mix 5000IU with 0.6ml , that makes 5 shots each one of 0.1ml (500IU)
