just thought i'd share this with you;
i normally consume 2 scoops of whey with 200ml of milk at bed time and i mix it in one of the normal shake bottles. you know the one i mean. we all use them.
anyway, a few days ago i decided to experiment and instead of shaking my whey as mentioned above i put the same 2 scoops into a blender with 200ml skimmed. i topped it up with another 200ml water and about 15 cubes of ice. switched on the blender and 3 mins later i had this really, really frothy type thick milk shakey drink.
with the normal way, i used to get one glass full. with the new way, i got nearly 4 glasses full and to top it off i felt a lot more satisfied and full... probably because of the air bubbles lol.
just thought i'd share as i'm well pleased with myself!
