I have a weight gainer whey, with a decent protein/carb/fat ratio, but for 4 scoops it is 1000+ cals and 50g of protein. What I've been doing is using 2 scoops of the gainer and 1 whey isolate scoop for a more appropriate 500-600 cals and 50g of protein.
Any possible disadvantages to mixing different whey mixes?
