I've got all of the bulk ingredients to make an "advanced" pre-workout and post-workout shake mix.

Some of the powders, though, are more dense or are more like crystals, and I'm wondering how I can be sure they are distributed correctly in the mix.

Is there anything special I have to do to ensure they are mixed proportionally (aside from shaking the hell out of the container)?

Pre-Workout:
Dextrose
Taurine
Arginine
Creatine
IP-6 (Inosine Hexaphosphate)
ALA
Small amount of whey
Caffeine
Flavoring

Post Workout:
Whey
Maltodextrin
Dextrose
Creatine
Glutamine
Flavoring

i thought it was better to leave more time between creatine servings:shrug: how much sugar do u have pre=workout???u don't want to have a shitload before ur workout, get a high and then spin out..been there before..remembers the stupid old days

No, not much sugar at all pre-workout. And the sugar is actually longer chain carbs, not sucrose, so you don't get spun out.

I like 5gms creatine before and after. I've been doing it this way with good results for quite a while.

Sweep, you think I should mix the dry powders in a blender?
