I'm trying to gain weight, and soon I'm going on a cycle. So I want get as strong as I can.
Im in college, and soon I will be working as well after my classes. This leaves me to lifting in the morning, right after I wake up.
I want to take NO-Xplode, which is a stimulant, to wake me up in the morning and get ready to get some great work done. But, NO-Xplode should not be taken within an hour of any food so it can be absorbed (NO, creatine, and caffeine mix.. and some other stuff).
Does anybody lift in the morning without eating breakfast? Should I take a scoop of whey with some oats, then wait like 45 mins, take the NO-Xplode and then go lift?
