Morning Jog w/ Evening Routine

Hey everyone,

So I have a 3-day split routine that I do in the evenings monday, wednesday, and friday...and I am quite happy with it.

With the spring weather here I was thinking of starting to jog every morning before school. Good idea or not? How will this affect my evening workouts, which are aimed toward mass gaining? I enjoy jogging, it's a great way to start the day and great excersize, but will it negatively effect my evening workout routine?

every morning will be overkill on your legs if you are training them on each of your workouts (total body workouts?). You may want to pick two days to jog on in the AM and let your legs recover.
 
I only work legs on wednesdays...would jogging every morning use up nutrients that could be going towards muscle mass?
