So I have a 3-day split routine that I do in the evenings monday, wednesday, and friday...and I am quite happy with it.
With the spring weather here I was thinking of starting to jog every morning before school. Good idea or not? How will this affect my evening workouts, which are aimed toward mass gaining? I enjoy jogging, it's a great way to start the day and great excersize, but will it negatively effect my evening workout routine?
