I feel that I have a pretty solid training routine including diet, however most of the diets and training schedules are based off of a morning workout. Is there any benefit to the morning shift over the night shift? Are there any changes/substitutions you should make if you work out in the evenings? The diet I have in mind is the nutrient timing system which explains crutial times to eat certain foods to promote the highest anabolic levels naturally possible. It is based around working out in the morning and has specific strategies for winding down the day, which turns out to be quite opposite if you workout at night...? Any input or shared frustration?
