Anyone ever become more motivated by a certain actor/actress in a film?

For me, reading about Tom Jane's intense training for The Punisher, and watching the movie every so often just does it.. gives me power :lifter:

Oh and Rocky too of course :)... Television show-wise, its all about Peter Manfredo from The Contender

I think you might be gay

Personally i think Eric Bana in the movie Troy kicked butt.... and Fight Club is always a great pickme up

angelina jolie - tomb raider 1 & 2, mr. and mrs. smith
michelle rodriguez - girlfight, resident evil, swat

Sorry i'm a girl and loved their bodies in those movies!

I had to look twice at the name, for a moment there I thought Premier came out of the closet.

I always get psyched watching Bruce Lee movies but as for motivating me? None really. The only vid Ive see in recent memory that had a motivating effect on me was one of the vids of Marious Pudzien (sp.?) going thru his powerlifting routine( the thread was titled "more marious vids" I think)....the guy is built like a bodybuilder and about as strong as they come. That was TRUE motivation for me.

LMAO :haha:

haha, place at the table..."starting defense", that is ridiculous when he goes on a roid rage and tosses that small women across the room a few times..Remember the titans and rudy give me the chills even watching them so many times, alot of other movies pump me up as well, for me though being a bball player watching the NBA finals and seeing all those guys..and then seeing other players at tounreys makes me want to be better than them.

Charles Bronson........Once Upon A Time In The West

Jean Reno..............Leon The Professional

Patric Bateman........American Psycho

Billy Bob Thorton..........Bad Santa

Mel Gibson...........Payback

Zero Mostel......A Funny Thing Happened on the way to the Forum

Clint Eastwood.........The Good The Bad And The Ugly

Mark Dacascos...........Brotherhood of the Wolf

Some characters have provided - TEMPORARY - motivation.

But it depends on the context: Arnold in Pumping Iron to Gorden Gecko in 'Wall Street' to 'Stand and Deliver' to all kinds of stuff.

dolph lundgren in anything he ever did is motivating.
