hey all .BUSA here been using PH/DS for years..been out of the gym for a couple of years due to a lot of surgery's. but im back and looking to to make the move up to AAS. with a little help from my friends..
yep been hard at it every day cutting all this weight i gained .. ... and getting back into my diet routine, the worst is trying to find a a real gym since my old one is now gone
