Some of the store stuff is good, just depends on the ingredients, be careful theres no added junk such as honey etc. Right now I currently make my own muesli mixture of Oat Flakes, Barley Flakes and Rye Flakes. You can also add some dried fruit (the better ones such as apricots , bananas , apples etc.) if you wish . You could even add some nuts (almonds , peanuts , walnuts ..)
I also use it through out the day , the stuff is yummy
