Multi-Vitamins Reccomendation?

Hi, I am ready to add in multi-vitamins to my list and was wondering which brand is good. Any sugestions?

I use GNC's Mega Men. The RDA is pretty extreme on some of the vitamins, so I only take one per day, instead of the two the bottle recommends. They're a bit pricey, but cover all the bases.

I'm using Natrol Multi-Caps, seems like good stuff, makes my pee bright yellow anyway.

Wouldent that be a sign that the vitamins are just passing through your system without being absorbed?
