I need these?(why?)
which one should I buy and how much are they?

Milti vitamins and minerals are the most important supplement for any person. If you eat a perfect diet of organic food then you don't need them.

which one do I get? can I get them at GNC?

I would never shop at GNC or any other sports type store for vitamins....go to Whole Foods...or Wild Oats for natural vitamins...not synthetic,

I use Swiss 1 Vitamins, they work really good and jampacked with lots of everything you need.

I used to use GNC Ultra Mega Gold and it's pretty good, that one has digestive enzymes and around 100mg of B-Complex.

For minerals I use Liquid Ionic Trace Minerals: www.marineminerals.com, some health food stores carry it. Another good mineral product is called trace minerals, it is also in the liquid form.

whats B-Complex for?

B vitamins provide:
health of the skin, bones, hair and muscle
health of the mucosal membranes, particularly around the mouth
intestinal health and bowel function
relief of moodiness, restlessness, irritability, insomnia and fatigue
improved liver health
brain cell function and health
relief from skin problems, including dry and itchy skin and rashes
relief from PMS

Aren't there some vitamins/minerals that you could never obtain from food though?

where can I get B-5?(not online)
can I take B-5 and a Multi-Vitamin?

B-5, you can include in a B-Complex. I wouldn't take a B-complex at the same time or near taking a multi, though.

Why B-5?

b5 pantothenic acid is a major player in energy production

I like it before a workout

I dont bother with multi vitamins, I get my minerals in food sources and supplement with C, E, and some B vitamins instead

get a b complex-you'll have most bases covered.

B-complex vitamins can be taken on an empty stomach without problems, also.

I just started taking this new stuff from GNC (yes, I said GNC) called Mega Men Sport (it is new and thought I would give it a wirl)....only difference is it contains your BCAA's and B-vitamin complex...not bad. I also take zinc and EFA's though.

Vit D (if I remember correctly) is produced by the skin with sun exposure.

I get the mens vitamin and mineral pack from Puritans Pride dot com....and I paid around $50 for a whole year supply when they had buy 1 get 2 free....I also take zinc, saw palmetto, milk thistle, Baleans flax oil, and plenty of ON 100% whey!
