Multivitamins make me very nauseous unless I take them with a big meal. And I don't always eat big meal, I prefer to eat a bunch of little meals throughout the day. Sometimes the little meals are not enough to keep the vitamins from making me nauseous. I have tried several different brands.
I can take calcium, Vit. C, iron, even glucosamine joint complex and they don't bother me. But with multis and zinc I feel sick nearly every time, even with food and a big glass of water.
Does this happen to anyone else?
