Multivitimins

I've taken many different multi vitamins including GNC Mega Man, Animal Pak and I am currently taking AST Pro 32X. I've always taken them but never noticed any big difference.
 
The two I trust are CL Orange Triad, it's also great for joints (taking now and think it is the best) and MST MVP. The new one from RLS at Orbit I am going to try after my cycle is over, profile is great and so is the price.
 
Multivitamins are for the unjerked and untan notBigs.
