I AM 55 200LBS, I HAVE BEEN WORKING OUT FOR THREE MONTHS AND WANT TO BUILD MUSCEL AND LOOSE ABOUT 15LBS. WHAT TYPE OF SUPPLEMENTS SHOULD I BE TAKING? I AM NOT IN ANY HURRY.
Supplements, are just that. They are added ontop of your already healthfull diet, which should be giving you just about everything needed (although I definately take protein on top).
