is it ever possible to bring up a lagging body part? my right arm has always been 1 inch bigger than my left, i thought id be able to bring up my left arm on cycle, but no, still that big difference, anyone had success in bringing up a lagging body part?

Have you tried doing any extra single arm work for that side?

I'm going to be running a MGF log for LabPe, starting sometime next week. Going to be using it to bring up tri's, delts, and calves. Tri's and calves just need to be brought up in general, and left delt isn't as developed as the right.

It will be a learning experience for me, and I encourage you to follow along, and see if it might be what you're looking for.

yeah been doing extra left arm work all cycle long, still not growing as qujick as right, will definitley be checking out your progress.

It is very common to have left - right asymmetries. I've got a significantly better peak on my left bicep compared to the right, and it measures a 1/2" larger. My left foot is 1/2 size larger than the right, but somehow my right hand is bigger than the left.

i can see it, but doesnt look bad at all, its just one of those annoyances, the body is weird :hmmm:

Same thing happened to me, I thought they would even out. Left arm was 1/2 inch bigger than the right and now it's 3/4 bigger :/

My left side is bigger then the right side. This is my whole body, Nothing noticeable unless im fleding its weird.

I also am double jointed on some parts of my body. I am all messed up flexing i looks weird, but noraml no one can tell, thank god.

I agree that these imbalances are common, but you may see improved growth by stretching the smaller muscle more. If that doesn't work, I'd reduce the number of sets (yes, you heard that right) on the smaller arm and lift heavier with it than you do with the bigger arm. I have fixed several clients' small arm problems by working the muscle less total sets, and with greater intensity. Most pierre think the more you work a muscle, the more it will grow, but my arms never grew until I stopped over training them.
