Muscle make crackling noise

When I bench my muscles make a soft crackling noise. Does any one else have this happen when they lift. and what causes it?

Now that think about it. It I am sure it is my joints. I take it, thats nomal?

you just nv warm up ar joints and ligaments properly

Could be cartilage.
I'd ask the doctor.
