Muscle soreness

I have a question , the answer to which is important , to me anyway. I trained my biceps on Sunday and up to now especially yesterday my muscles were quite sore. during those 3-4 days even though i could feel slight pain when flexing , I couldnt help but FLEXING just to fell the bulge. Should I try and leave flexing out until fully revovered , or does it not matter.
 
Flexing is fine, in fact it can help recovery because it helps to force more blood into the muscle which helps recovery.
 
exactly - you should even flex at time between sets to increase the blood flow while training
