NOTES: Workouts were amazing. My motivation to push myself is amazing. I waited and prepared hard for this SD cycle. This gives me the drive to make the most of it. Changed up Bench routine, old routine getting stale. Will resume old Bench routine next week for sake of SD log comparison. Can notice bulk in Triceps and legs.

Note: Back pumps! Some muscles feel like they will cramp up when flexed. Tired often. Huge pumps, lots of bulk in muscle. Got very sick last 2 days of cycle, some sort of stomach virus. Lasted 3 days in to PCT, Still cant eat or drink much. When I get rehydrated I will post measurements for before/after and a post bodyfat also. I think gains will still be impressive! Also I will follow up with some PCT results. Using Rebound XT and DHEA for PCT.
