Nuthing special.. actually I havent really done anything direct for them until about 3 months ago.. I just do heavy DB shrugs.. no rollling.. just str8 up and down..

Ive always had pretty big traps.. U know how some people have "easy" bodyparts? mine are my traps, my quads and my glutes...

everything else still has to catch up..
