My bulking diet

Breakfast:

1 Cup of egg whites mixed with pineapple juice <--- is that okay? :nail:
1/2 cup of oats
200g natural yoghurt
1 cup of milk
tbls of flaxseed oil

Mid-morning:

Turkey sandwich on cape seed loaf bread
w/ tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber
Some fruit, probably an apple

Pre-workout:

Protein shake

Post-workout:

Protein shake
1 banana

Mid afternoon:

Grilled chicken breast
1 cup of steamed rice
serving of brocoli

Dinner:

Grilled chicken or steak
1 cup of pasta
1 serving of mixed vegetables

Before bed (shake):

1/2 tub of cottage cheese
250ml of milk
1/2 cup of blueberries
flaxseed oil

How does that look? ive tried to keep it as clean as possible, feel free to pick it apart!! :)

Salmonella enteriditis and other bacteria can survive in egg, so i never have raw eggs.

i am not a big fan with having juice (too much fructose), have some high fibre fruit such as orange, banana, or mandarin instead. or have some milk.
