I, just this evening, sacrificed my Right Rear quarter panel and rear bumper on the sacrificial alter of illegal immigrant drivers here in America.

While driving home from work I was rear-ended by an illegal Mexican Immigrant driving with NO I.D. and no Insurance.

State Trooper said there wasn't much he could except ticket the guy (which does absolutely no good since he's obviously giving a false name). They did tow his car but they let the little fucker go.

Now I'm out approximately 2 grand in repairs. God Bless America

the irony is that the guys repairing your car will be immagrants also.

Sorry to hear that, Wit.

However, I was hoping that your contribution involved your gun and several "good" Mexicans.

You know.... if the little bastard even understood the slightest degree of English I might have been willing to have him trade out the damages in lawn care services.

u waited till a cop showed up? and he couldn't arrest him for driving without a license? how does that make sense?

Dude... you don't know how many times I had to continually remind myself that there was a State Trooper present. Damn it was tempting.... :pissed:

Ug!!! This shit NEVER ENDS!!!

The exact same thing just happened to one of our company vehicles. Ripped the bumper clean off. The little bastard could hardly see over the steering wheel.

I feel for ya Wit.

Will that get my repairs paid for?......

:hmmm:
Every time I hear some lib cry about the border fence I cringe. Now you're a victim of the issue. Good luck on the repairs though Wit ... sorry for your stress. What sux is that the laws on the books were not enforced in his case. Failure to ID in any infraction of the law = go to jail til you get sorted out. A white boy in that same situation would right now be in the county jail.

WE NEED THAT GOD-DAMN FENCE!!!!!

NPR : Border Fence Firm Snared for Hiring Illegal Workers

it took 3 times

All Things Considered, December 14, 2006 · A fence-building company in Southern California agrees to pay nearly $5 million in fines for hiring illegal immigrants. Two executives from the company may also serve jail time. The Golden State Fence Company's work includes some of the border fence between San Diego and Mexico.

After an immigration check in 1999 found undocumented workers on its payroll, Golden State promised to clean house. But when followup checks were made in 2004 and 2005, some of those same illegal workers were still on the job. In fact, U-S Attorney Carol Lam says as many as a third of the company's 750 workers may have been in the country illegally.

Golden State Fence built millions of dollars' worth of fencing around homes, offices, and military bases. Its president and one of its Southern California managers will pay fines totaling $300,000. The government is also recommending jail time for Melvin Kay and Michael McLaughlin, probably about six months.

It is exceptionally rare for those who employ illegal immigrants to face any kind of criminal prosecution, let alone jail time. Earlier this week, for example, immigration raids on six meat-packing plants netted almost 1,300 suspected illegal workers. But no charges were leveled against the company that runs the plants: Swift.

Golden State Fence's attorney, Richard Hirsch, admits his client broke the law. But he says the case proves that construction companies need a guest-worker program.

I like the irony of this situation. Golden State is using these illegal emigrants to build themselves out of a job.

It rocks that the reason the fence is getting built by BushCo is because his people thought the voter fraud in New Mexico was the reason it was won by Gore. A totally corrupt system headed by the single worst man to ever sit in The White House is building this thing by the wrong people for the wrong reasons ... but we win. I love the irony of this situation.

We are talking about 100's of billions of dollars in damage to our economy that will be reduced to 10's of billions in undefeated criminal activity and operating costs. Sooo if the same system that stacks the DOJ for not indicting anyone on voter fraud looks the other way as it builds its fence for the wrong reasons, who cares. Guys like Wit, or the the American who's job is now worth $8 an hour less because of the illegals will still come out ahead.

Hawaii has no fault so we can't face that problem, and the only real immigrant problem we have are all of the commonwealth pacific Islanders that flock here, just to suck on the titty of the needy just to be greedy....and the filipino's Hawaii's very own mexican population senor, how you say ay carumba in tagalog? I mean the fuckers even come with the same last names, Cruz, Fernandez, Rojas I just can't escape.... And the micronesians who have no tolerance for alcohol, I don't know how many I had to beat down in the days when I cruised the booze houses...two pints and they want to fight anyone they see. But everywhere you go in this world, and I know...you will run into the same situations. Every city and town on this green Earth has been infiltrated by the close encounters of third world...so I guess what I'm trying to say is just be glad you were born here because it's a tough world out there. Honestly I just count my blessings that I am a natural born citizen of a first world nation, and though not everyone from my nation acts first class, I don't think I could even imagine what it would be like to view life through the eyes of those who don't have it made....

There's two perspectives to the whole fence thing. Yes of course the american can get the job for $8 an hour because there aren't mexicans there taking the job for $15 a day... but if so many companies have to replace all their $15 per day workers with $8 an hour workers... how do you think that will affect the price of their products? So many crops are grown by the underpaid which would make the food product prices sky rocket. Other smaller businesses probably would just flat go bankrupt.

Honestly that's the only good thing I see about illegal immigration though. The gang activity, the crime, drug traffic, welfare cases, etc etc is enough to convince me the illegal immigration problem from Mexico has flat out gone on long enough. I'm a Liberal too for the most part, so you all need to cut the crap about stereotyping people's political views.

Also note, Texas was verified as a "minority majority state" because it was determined that over half the entire population of Texas is made up of Mexicans. The good ol' boy state is more than half Mexican? Damage done.

Actually, no fault covers your injuries caused by either your own actions or that of another. No fault is widely misunderstood in that a majority believe it covers damage to their vehicle when in fact it does not.

So Manic, you would be in the exact same situation if this happened to you.

The invisible hand will take care of that.

Well said.

too bad the U.S. couldn't bill mexico for the total of all the costs incurred by illegals each year. then they'd fight to keep them there as hard as we do.

why didn't they arrest him?
Apparently the law is such that driving without a license is not an arresting offense. Only if you've been suspended as a driver and caught driving can such measures be taken.

The best the officer could do is write a ticket under the "assumed" name and hope for the best.

Yea... I thought it was bullshit too.

The companies that have had the financial windfall of cheap labor have done so illegally. What ever they sell someone will also still sell at a cheap price. I talked to a guy in the housing industry who says he would go under if he lost his 100% Mexican work force and that housing prices would go up. He didn't like me much from there on. I told him good ... he should go under and suffer what others have BEEN suffering because of him. Someone will come along after he is gone and still build houses for about the same prices.

Here is the main method of building a house right now.

Some guy with soft hands that claims to build houses buys the land through a bank with OP's money ... normally the bank's.

He then hires a superintendent to oversee the project(s). From there on he shows up late if at all and really is no more than a pain in the ass. The super does all the heavy lifting related to the management aspect of the project(s).

This management team hires a crap-load of sub-contracting co's for each aspect of the build.

One contractor for tile
One for drywall
One for plumbing
One for electric
One for framing
One for roofing
One for insulation
One for the HVAC
One for security that may or may not do the telecom
One for painting
One for clean-up
One for grading
One for the foundation
One for brick work
One for trim work
One for cabinet work
One for the granite counter tops
One to haul off all the mess that the rest of these guys all made.

EACH one of these contractors will have his own crew and make a chunk for himself as a business owner. Now normally this contractor is the boss/owner who also does boss work such as contract negotiations, payroll, hiring and firing and so on. He then hires a crew of illegals and sets one of the illegals as the HMIC. This sub-contractor runs crews of illegals for a living. He knows the business because he worked his way up to that position, and really does have his trade craft down. More often than not he is also from Mexico.

So when it comes time to pay the journeyman brick layer, the journeyman HVAC guy or whomever ... sorry guy but your job that used to be valued in the high teens as a new journeyman to the mid 20's as an established pro is now a $12-$15 an hour job. Who can support a family on that? Nobody is going to cover their own health care expenses, actually carry auto insurance, and raise their family in a safe neighborhood on $15 an hour.

In the long run getting restructured will be a blessing for the working man and the business owner alike. All the wannabes will get put out of business as the people with the education and business acumen get on with building houses and paying a living wage.

As far as the fruit pickers go, we will still have plenty of seasonal workers remaining with no job skills to pick our fruit ... maybe that guy I talked to could do the job since he is now unemployed. Regardless, kicking out the illegal aliens will not cause us to have to eat $4 apples.

:haha:

The way to build that fence is to round up all of the illegals, put them to work on chain-gangs to build it, then, when they're done, throw them the fuck over it.

Problem solved.

have mexico build it with a satisfaction guaranteed stipulation. if 1 mexican gets across we get our money back.

Unfortunately, I see an even more devious end. The illegals will use the opportunity to build "holes" and/or tunnels through or under the fence as they're building the fence itself. They'll be using OUR money to give themselves secret passages through the very barricade we're paying them to construct. :wits:

That's gonna happen anyway if the current "Immigration Reform Bill" become law. By making these scumbags legitimate workers, they'll have to be paid the U.S. Minimum Wage. There goes the $15 per day and now illegals are getting the $8 an hour instead of someone who's here legally.:wits:

We (Americans) know that this fence will not stop 100% of the problem, but 90% works. We can then focus on that remaining 10% and work that down as we go.

Tunnels, ocean runs, increased low flying air activity, trains, and even UPS or FED-EX will all see a renewed effort from the imaginative minds of the criminal Mexican element. With that fence knocking down a huge % of the problem, we'll be able to get the rest down to an acceptable minimum.

But with all that? Some of the lil fuckers will still get through somehow ...

Personally I thank the general contractor for this, because I do printing for every one of them. :)

Except the waste crew.

We will need all those cheap workers when the bees are gone and we have to hand pollinate hundreds of thousands of fruit trees......
