well i think that if it is his first cycle, he should cut out the winny and deca and go with the 500 mg test, but dont know on his past training experience, diet, etc.

Ok i did not know you just started working out, dont use roids until you have a few years under ur belt and have reached ur natural genetic lmit. Im not sure about the bowflex, but do know that freeweights are much better, i think ur better off buying a barbell set, a bench, a squat rack, and dumbells, and go from there. Thats just my opionion though maybee the bowflex will work for you, good luck with whatever you go with though

Am I the only one here that see's the use of gear for one week. What the hell is that going to do for him anyways.

Maybe his plans are one week of training and one week of gear. Now there's the perfect cycle. I had this all wrong. I went ten days on both!
