I chose quads, but I would like to lump the hams and calves in there with them and say legs. My leg workout is the most important thing in the week for me, and I don't just mean lifting either!
I like chest, and I like triceps, I like delts and traps too - I dont dread leg day but I have to work a little more to get fired up for it because it is a DRAINER.
a couple of months ago i probably would have said Back. but right now It would either have to be my chest or shoulders. I just get such a great pump from them.
