My Diet.. Thoughts.. Opinions.. Critiques..

Hey everyone. First of all, i'm 21, 5'10 150 lbs. I had(1-2 month ago) a suprisingly high BF(14%) for my size. Been working out hard the past few monthes. I wanted a diet that would help me bulk as well as lower my BF to 8-9%(tough i know). So far it's not going to bad, i am definitley losing the body fat as i can now see a six pack(when i flex*). And i defintley see more tone, and a little more size.. But my weight has pretty much stayed the same. Any ideas what's going on. Without further adieu my diet.

Meal 1
1 cup oatmeal
1 cup Skim Milk
4 egg whites
1 banana

Meal 2
2 pieces of whole wheat bread
4 OZ Turkey from deli
3 Oz yogurt-lo fat fruit
1.5 cups Lettuce chopped/tomatoes with 2 sps Dressing vinigrette

Meal 3
1 cup Pasta Rotini
5 oz wt Grilled Chicken
1 Apple
1 cup of Green Beans
Marinara sauce

Meal 4
2 pieces of Wheat Bread
4 oz Roast Beef(Is this a lean meat??)
1 Peach Peeled(or diced in cup)

Meal 5
1 Cup Skim Milk
1 tbs Peanut Butter on Whole wheat bread
6 strawberries
1 15 gram protein bar

Totals:
180 grams Protein
347 carbs
68.1 grams of fat
Total Calories 2664


Will this help me get to my goal of gaining some size, while cutting my body fat just a tip more.
 
you were off to a good start until you stopped at meal 5... add 1 or two more in there, or increase the amounts in your other meals. Wheres your pre/pwo?

wheres the 68g of fat coming from, all i see is 2 tbsp vinagrette and 1 tbsp peanut butter. Plus a little i guess from the roast beef... i dont see much more than maybe 30g fats there.
 
The chicken has about 10. Peanut Butter 8..

Do you think i need more protein or what?

Should i get back on whey shakes?


p.s.

How do you manage to eat so many meals.
I struggle to get 5 in each day.

i only eat 6 meals a day, but they're all about 400+ cals, breakast is actually 700.

im your exact height and weight and i get in about 225-240g protein per day... but 180 is just fine for you. if your fats are actually 68 thats great, but i'd increase the cals somehow, carbs protein or fat its up to you. Try having one more meal right before bed, maybe a cup of cottage cheese and a tbsp or two of pb. you may also want to bump up the amount of egg whites at breakfast... shoot for 6-10 egg whites, remember your body hasnt had any food for atleast 8 hrs or so, so you really gotta give it what it wants at breakfast.
 
I'd aim for about 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight which would put you at about 225 grams and keep your carbs around 300 grams. What's your pre and post workout meal?

Your weight may stay the same through this whole thing, but your body fat will decrease. Just keep at it!
