I am going to start a bulking diet-- I am fairly skinny and am not worried about gaining fat at all. Here it is:

Breakfast and Lunch: 5 eggs and 2 slices of bacon
Dinner: Any complete fast food meal (Without the soda)
Snacks: Beef Jerky, Peperoni, Ham, String Cheese
Staples: 1/2 Gallon of Chocolate milk each day/ 2 can tuna in water ED

I know I don't have the macros for the meals, however, I am trying to maintain a decent amount of protien to go with my ON whey supps. I also realize that this diet is fairly unhealthy but I have never gone past 155lbs even on cycle. I am going to try to put on as much weight as I can during this diet and if anyone can think of some other--possibly more healthy ways-- of getting high amounts of calories and comments are welcome

there's plenty of info in this forum just search, but to further plan out actual meals since it looks like you really don't have one yet look at this site to look up foods and actually organize something decent. With the diet you got there you're going to be dissapointed in the future as your BF screams through the roof. You said you didn't care about gaining some fat but my god besides a couple things thats pretty much what your diet is. You are what you eat.

I hope you aren't on a cycle of anything drug related, because you eat like a 5 year old boy. You have two small meals and some snacks during the day??? You aren't going to grow on that.

hmm. i thought he meant he was eating 5 eggs and 2 slices of bacon for breakfast and 5 eggs and 2 slices of bacon for lunch.

you need this
meal 1: 5-8 eggs, wheat toast, protein shake 7-8oclock
meal 2: some veggies, banana (fruits), snack bar 10-11
meal3: chix with veggies, rice or pasta, pb&j sandwich 12-1
meal 4: mrp blend maybe another banana 3-4
meal 5: more meat, some legumes of sorts, veggies, fruit 5-6
meal 6: weight gainer shake, prob another peanut butter sandwich 8-10

edit: switch meal 4 and 2

you need food, eat eat, fast food will only make it in a pinch, try not to make a habit of it. make all meals before hand to make it easy. eat some more damn it!!

that diet is a waste. as has already been said- you will be dissapointed. not because of the fat gain only, but because you will feel like shit and your muscle gains will be limited and poor. if you want to dink that much milk, just drink 2 percent or skim - that way you still get a ton of calories and protein, but not all of that SUGAR! (id hate for you to go diabetic heh). i did a dirty bulk a while back and it sucked. i dont recomend it unless you just plain cant eat enough calories in a day. also, your diet has no veggies. how do you plan on making muscles with out fruits and vegetables? eat according to the food guide pyramid with a bit more meat and higher calorie choices (bagel rather than bread) and you will gain weight.

That's really not even very much food. You don't have to count calories and such if you don't want to, but at least try to balance your diet to some degree. That is about the worst diet I have ever seen. Get to reading.

This whole diet is going to go straight to your stomach. Working out isnt going to stop the love handles from forming eating that. Read the diet and nutrition forum you will get some good ideas and alot of good tips!

I don't eat NEARLY as bad as you. The only real sugar that I consume is for my coffee in the day. I have fast food once a week for a cheat meal and the rest of my food is pretty good. I still seem to be getting fatter and fatter. It feels that way anyways. I usually feel like giving up. I've been trying to maintain what I eat and such for a few months now. Seems pretty hopeless.

Dude dude dude dude!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm no saint, but ditch the bacon and have oats or something with the eggs, pack a few sandwiches ( white bread if u must... I do), with lean meat salad greens and maybe cucumber/ tomato. n as for the milk I'd say full fat all the way( on a bulk) but have 1/2 the ammount and have water instead.

Peace!
