1st cycle 12 weeks:nerd:

500mg test cyp weeks 1-12:geewhiz:

30mg of Dianabol weeks 1-4:mad:


Not sure how many anti-e's to take

Not sure about a diet to follow i'm a bit over weight looking to get down to 220lbs before starting first cycle.:rolleyes::)
